The display will also feature matzoon (or matsoni), koumiss, ayran, and tan.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;A wide range of cheeses (for every day and delicacies): the show will present hard, semi-hard, soft, processed, brined, smoked cheeses; from cow\&#039;s, goat\&#039;s, sheep\&#039;s milk; from low-fat to very fatty.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Companies from 36 Russian regions will demonstrate their own products. There will be mozzarella, burrata, strachatella, caciotta, ricotta, belper knolle, maasdam, suluguni, signature cheeses, aged, semi-hard cheeses. All these cheeses are beloved by Russians.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Some important foreign premieres are expected.
